I found Oscar to be a very friendly, knowledgeable and responsible young man. He had excellent people skills and was very easy to interact with. During the process if I had any questions or concerns Oscar dealt with them swiftly and thoroughly. Both Oscar and Hugh made me feel at ease, which helped with my decision to buy a VW and to buy the vehicle from them. During my purchase I felt that the entire experience was pressure free and relaxed. In the past year both my son and daughter bought VW’s from another dealership. My son was impressed with Bramgate VW, particularly the delivery. Oscar had the car ready for me when promised and took the time to go over all of the car features, so that I was comfortable with the car before I left the dealership. When John was off Daniel Turner let us take a few out for test drives, he has a very pleasant manner and explained all the features and equipment of the models. We made the deal with John a few days later for a "new" Tiguan. When we picked up our new car, Daniel showed it to us and explained all the features.
