They also did their best to get me the best deal possible. They were direct to the point while also highlighting the benefits of owning a VW Jetta. The two of them made a great team. Chris worked with me on the specifics of the car while Joanne advised me on the financing details of the car. I got what I wanted and I wouldn't have been able to accomplish this without the assistance of Joanne and Chris. I got the car today. This was very fast considering that I only started car shopping last Saturday. The turnover of my trade in was efficient. In less than an hour, I was on my way. The only that they could've done was shower me with ribbons. But in all honesty, I would rate my experience with VW Bramgate an 11 out of 10.
