On a whim we decided to see what VW had to offer us. Even though we showed up five minutes after the dealership closed, Sudir welcomed us and said they would be glad to help us and he introduced us to Ali. Ali spent two hours with us looking at all sorts of vehicles that could meet our needs and taking a couple out on test drives. Based off of things we said he told us that he had the perfect car for us that would meet both mine and my husband's wish list and needs. The car he had in mind was at another lot. He asked if we could come back the next morning to see it. We came on Saturday morning and Ali had come in early and had the car he had in mind for us detailed and ready to take out on a test drive. We loved it, bought it, and picked it up this morning! Both Ali and Sudir, who took care of the paperwork, were excellent to work with. We've purchased many cars over the years, we're both gearheads, and we have friends and family in the industry. This was the best sales experience we've ever had. We were really impressed with Ali's level of service. We love our new Jetta. More

I was never able to finalize my decision in the previous years due to not being able to fully trust the sales agent on taking me as me, instead of just a number to fulfill his/her monthly quota. I came into Bramgate VW, looking for an experience, not just to purchase the car, and it was the experience that had me make up my mind on the very same visit.
