purchased a 2020 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro from Bolton Toyota over the phone because I live several hours away in Northern Ontario. At the time of purchase, I had new winter tires mounted on rims and the summer over the phone because I live several hours away in Northern Ontario. At the time of purchase, I had new winter tires mounted on rims and the summer tires were placed in the truck box. After taking possession of the vehicle and addressing several issues locally, I eventually switched to the summer tires and immediately experienced severe vibration and shaking while driving. A Toyota dealer in Sudbury inspected the truck and found that all four summer tires were severely cupped/scalloped and that the truck requires approximately $6,000 worth of suspension repairs, including replacement Fox shocks, along with four new tires. What concerns me most is that Bolton Toyota's service manager acknowledged that the vehicle passed certification with the cupped tires installed. I was also surprised to learn that the truck was not Toyota Certified Used and had not undergone Toyota's 160-point inspection as I believed it would have. As an out-of-town buyer, I relied heavily on the dealership's representations regarding the condition of the vehicle. Discovering significant suspension and tire issues shortly after purchase has been extremely disappointing, and I do not feel the vehicle was accurately represented at the time of sale. More

eed this warning: do not take your vehicle to Bolton Toyota for repairs. I made the mistake of doing so out of convenience—a decision I deeply regret. I brought in my RAV4 due to a persistent shuddering Toyota for repairs. I made the mistake of doing so out of convenience—a decision I deeply regret. I brought in my RAV4 due to a persistent shuddering and a check engine light. After $2,300 in repairs, the issue remained unresolved. The car was towed back, I was charged an additional $900, and—unsurprisingly—it came back in the exact same condition. The service manager, Vinay Singh, showed no willingness to take responsibility or even attempt to resolve the issue. His lack of customer service and complete disregard for the company’s own mission statement—promising high-value service and a satisfying ownership experience—was truly disappointing. What ultimately resolved the issue was bringing the vehicle to Toyota in Brampton, where a technician immediately diagnosed a faulty valve—an incredibly common issue and an easy fix. The car now runs perfectly. I’ve shared this story with everyone I know, and without fail, they’ve thanked me for the warning. Let it serve as yours, too: the true test of a reputable dealership is not just in the sale, but in the post-purchase customer care—and at Bolton Toyota, that care is non-existent. They’ve made it clear they do not value loyalty, and they’ve certainly lost mine. I’ll be purchasing my new Highlander elsewhere. Take the extra time and go to a dealership that stands behind their service. More

Happened to interact with Anmol who was very Honest, Helpful and Patient besides being Professional and knowledgeable. He listened to all my questions very carefully and provided me all the information that I needed. I got unbelievably great price for my trade in vehicle too compared to other dealers. Interaction with finance manager Nica was also amazing. If you really want to buy a new Toyota Vehicle I would honestly suggest you all to see ANMOL. Overall I would strongly recommend Anmol and Bolton Toyota for your New Purchase. More

Had a positive experience with the sales guy but the finance manager tried to get me to agree on a payment plan that was extremely taxing. I explained that money was tight and I could not afford what s finance manager tried to get me to agree on a payment plan that was extremely taxing. I explained that money was tight and I could not afford what she was trying to get me to agree upon. She then told me to work more overtime take a part time job etc. I knew what I could afford and all the extras she tried to tack on shamelessly telling me to just add a few more years of financing at 9.5%. If I didn’t need a car so desperately I would have gone elsewhere. I was very close to walking out. Timing for buying a vehicle was awful. Nowhere had anything decent in stock. Bolton happened to have decent cars in stock and the only reason I went through with it even though I wanted to leave screaming. Finance manager also tried to pressure me to make rushed decisions telling me my down payment was not received etc. Extremely stressful time in my life and I really didn’t need someone like that only worrying about her cut of my sale. Because of this I have not gone back for any routine service. I go to independent garages so this dealership will not get my money More
