Do NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership - pick somewhere else. We committed to purchasing a Toyota from this dealership and they sold us a vehicle while misrepresenting what the vehicle was. When we pointed out the error within 10 minutes of identifying it, we were informed that it was "too late" to undo the transaction which is obviously untrue. I would never recommend a dealership in which they would happily sell a car to a client when they do not even want that specific model. The sales representative Ramandeep and her manager, Khush, are extremely dishonest people and are not interested in customer satisfaction whatsoever. They are still unwilling to provide a refund to allow us to purchase a different vehicle. We were more than willing to purchase a different Toyota vehicle but obviously, their greed comes first before customer satisfaction. Customer service below zero. We were waiting to lease almost 2 years. In September 2023 lease term for our previous RAV 4 finished. Since that we've got only the answers like " We were waiting to lease almost 2 years. In September 2023 lease term for our previous RAV 4 finished. Since that we've got only the answers like "next month's,next week" from different sales persons and managers. We even decided to buy out the car.But surprise, surprise.... Instead of previously counted CAD 10.500 we've got the bill of 14K. We walk away from this location and got better Rav 4 in different location within 1.5 months. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡!! I was looking for a new Toyota Prius Prime. I saw that Bolton Toyota was listing one and I reached out. I received a call from a salesperson saying they had one available that was a cancelled l I saw that Bolton Toyota was listing one and I reached out. I received a call from a salesperson saying they had one available that was a cancelled lease and that I could have it. They wanted to know how soon I could be there. I asked how much it was and they told me it was the listed MSRP. I asked if there were any extras and they said it already had an extended warranty even though it was brand hew. They said I had no choice because it was already attached to the car or some such nonsense. I could sense that this was just upselling and an opportunity for the dealer to increase its profits and the salesperson to up their commission. I don’t for a minute believe that there’s no way to avoid the extended warranty. Even if it’s somehow true, it’s boy who cried wolf syndrome where car salespeople have lied and blatantly upsold for so long that they have no credibility. Toyota dealers are especially notorious for this. Update: I just received another call from the dealer asking me if I’m still in the market for a Prius Prime. Thinking that maybe they had another car in stock, I said I am. She then tells me that the car I already rejected because they wanted me to pay for an extended warranty is still available and yes I still have to take the extended warranty if I want it. “When can you come in to fill out the papers?” she asked me. 🤬 More
