Lies and arrogance After a sketchy deal that turned out to be too good to be true the financing guy made what was a bad situation much, much worse. He has the worst customer service I have ever seen and though the manager and sales guy were dodgy at least they were not rude. I would never, never return to Ford because of this. More

Financial Managers are rip off and arrogant I wanted to cancel extended warranties as I was selling my car. Their Financial Manger lied to me that they couldn't be cancelled even there was a gra I wanted to cancel extended warranties as I was selling my car. Their Financial Manger lied to me that they couldn't be cancelled even there was a grace period. He was convincing me to keep them or sell them forward. He was rude, arrogant and aggressive. Not like I met him on the day I was buying from them. Be careful recognizing their faces. This industry need to be more regulated towards customer concerns and some people don't deserve to be there. However, General Finance Manager sounded fair when dealt with and he cancelled my warranties. More
