I had planned on coming in to view and test drive so I had appts set up and worked with Dean again as I purchased my Fiesta from him and was very happy...As I live in the Clear Lake area I didn't want to drive back and forth for obvious reasons so Dean and staff made sure I had only one other trip to make to sign everything up and make sure my Escape was ready and waiting for me when I walked in the door. I drove away a happy gal and I will go back when the time comes to change out the Escape in the future. More

Sean the salesman told me on the phone there was one left at the advertised price. I got to the dealer only to be told there were no Escapes at that price. The least expensive one was almost 5000 dollars more. I also had an online coupon which I could redeem for a 20 dollar gift card or gas card but I was told there were none left but they would mail me one. Still waiting More
