I had planned on coming in to view and test drive so I had appts set up and worked with Dean again as I purchased my Fiesta from him and was very happy...As I live in the Clear Lake area I didn't want to drive back and forth for obvious reasons so Dean and staff made sure I had only one other trip to make to sign everything up and make sure my Escape was ready and waiting for me when I walked in the door. I drove away a happy gal and I will go back when the time comes to change out the Escape in the future. More

The least expensive one was almost 5000 dollars more. I also had an online coupon which I could redeem for a 20 dollar gift card or gas card but I was told there were none left but they would mail me one. Still waiting More
