Poor service Service with Birchwood Ford is always a problem getting my vehicle in. I can't get my vehicle there at a time convienient to me. I work outside the Service with Birchwood Ford is always a problem getting my vehicle in. I can't get my vehicle there at a time convienient to me. I work outside the city so I leave earlier than they open. They say that they are open until 6:00, but the latest I can bring my vehicle for diagnostics is 2:00. I also bought a Kia from Birchwood. They called me shortly after my purchase to schedule a service. They told me what service package they recommend, but when I asked what is needed to keep my warranty valid, they were not able to tell me. I asked to speak to a manager to have this explained. When he called me, he was not able, or not willing, to tell me either. So my car does not get serviced there. More

Swindlers! They seemed nice at first, but over charged me by $2500.00 for my vehicle. On top of that, they lied to me about the extended warranty...saying it wa They seemed nice at first, but over charged me by $2500.00 for my vehicle. On top of that, they lied to me about the extended warranty...saying it was required by the bank for me to get the loan,due to the 5 year age of the vehicle. This was a $3600.00 lie! They raised the cost of my Preowned vehicle by $6000.00! It has squeeky brakes, they never fixed, a cd was stuck in the player when I picked it up, and needed to go back to have a new player installed... and the supposedly new battery died before the 36 month replacement warranty was over. Also when they cleaned it up it was clear it had been in some sort of rear collision judging by the paint that was missing from the rear bumper. DO NOT BUY from these Swindlers. More

I am fairly fussy about the specific options I want but I wasn't asked to make any compromises. For me buying a truck is a necessary part of my business however Devin's enthusiasm and commitment made the process more enjoyable for me. I was also happy with Cailah in the accessories department as she was able to help me outfit the truck with a few extras. More
