My first experience with the Service Center at Birchwood In November 2016 I bought a 2016 Ford Edge (brand new, end of season clearance). The professionalism and service that I received in November was replicated on Saturday. I would definitely recommend purchasing from Birchwood Ford in a "heart beat"!! More

repair a tire and install new throttle body I took my 2016 Ford Fusion in to Birchwood Ford on Regent to have a tire repaired and while I was there Don, my service rep. told me that there was a I took my 2016 Ford Fusion in to Birchwood Ford on Regent to have a tire repaired and while I was there Don, my service rep. told me that there was a recall on the throttle body and suggested that I should get it done now while the car was there and that it would take 45 minutes. Seeing I was from out of town he didn't want to see me having any problems on the highway with the car, so everything was done quick with excellent service.
