Worst car buying experience! Went in to buy a vehicle, wandered around the showroom for 10mins before someone even said hello to me. Chris who is one of the sales consultants ther Went in to buy a vehicle, wandered around the showroom for 10mins before someone even said hello to me. Chris who is one of the sales consultants there, did not try earn my business and did not look out for me as a customer, when it came down to negotiations. It seemed they were only looking out for their pay check. I would not recommend this dealership or Chris for anyone looking at a new or used vehicle experience. More

Buying here is worth the trip. I flew from Thunder Bay to Winnipeg to purchase a used F150 from Birchwood Ford. Liam was excellent to deal with (so was Chris and Brenda). They mad I flew from Thunder Bay to Winnipeg to purchase a used F150 from Birchwood Ford. Liam was excellent to deal with (so was Chris and Brenda). They made this a happy experience as opposed to the local dealerships I have, who do not listen to your wants/needs and do not look out for MY best interests. They made sure I was going to be happy with my purchase (and I am) and were also willing to make a deal with pricing/options. I can guarantee that my 1st place to look for another vehicle, will be Birchwood Ford. More
