Warranty service of my Kia Sorento For the most part, I am satisfied with the work don on my SUV but I do have a couple of issues: 1) Although I paid $2,000.00 for total coverage of For the most part, I am satisfied with the work don on my SUV but I do have a couple of issues: 1) Although I paid $2,000.00 for total coverage of my car, apparently the cover that houses the power switch is not part of that so I had to pay $170.00 for that - not that happy. 2) A brake light was out and had to be replaced again - this was the 5th time since I got the SUV two years ago that I have had to replace a brake light - was charged $18.00 for this - also not happy because my mechanic has replaced this for free for me after it happened twice. No offer to check to see if a fuse was gone or something else was causing this. Overall, happy about service but not happy that my bill was more than that of the Warranty company. More

Great Dealership I decided to look at the Kia Niro, an electric hybrid. A lot of my friends have also purchased Kias recently, and my mechanic says they're good, soli I decided to look at the Kia Niro, an electric hybrid. A lot of my friends have also purchased Kias recently, and my mechanic says they're good, solid cars. I went for a test drive and was so impressed with the Niro EX I decided to go ahead and get it. I've bought quite a few new cars over the years and Bessada Kia was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful team. The sales rep answered all my questions, and if he could not he went and got the technician from the shop to come explain. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was ready on pick up day. I'd like to thank Icy for being so wonderful. He is very enthusiastic about Kia! Pauline was terrific and made us feel welcome and at ease when finalizing the sale. We will definitely be back. More
