Over the last 6 years we bought 3 cars from Bessada Kia and did services at the dealership for our Kia cars and other vehicles. We are very satisfied with the dealership staff and management. I went in to test drive new 2014 KIA vehicles on more than one occasion. On my first visit, the the sales person did not know how to adjust their seats. They were very distracted and was not knowledgeabl than one occasion. On my first visit, the the sales person did not know how to adjust their seats. My suggestion is new sales folks should sit in the back and familiarize themselves with the list of product and how they work prior to being customer facing. On my second visit, when I made a comment on my way out the sales person rolled their eyes and snickered at me. I personally believe this is not the prescribed approach to attract and retain new customers. Based on the above facts I would not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle new or pre-owned from this dealership anytime soon until the quality of staff steps up their game. I would not wish these experiences on my worst enemy. The best advice I can give anyone is to purchase a KIA from any other dealership except Bessada KIA. Sales and Service cannot be any worse that it is at Bessada KIA. More

Having purchased 2 different models of Kia's with this dealer and utilized their service for 5 years, we have always been satisfied. The vehicles were never misrepresented, mileage is clearly written in the detail sheets on each vehicle. Joe has always been reasonable, but let's remember, this is not a charity! They are there to make money. Their service is reliable, pick up and drop off very good, and the showroom is always clean and comfortable. The staff remember your name and greet you when you come in. The vehicles are operating as promised without surprises. I recommend the Bessada dealership highly. More

DON'T BUY A CAR HERE!! They will tell you any lies to get you in the car, but then the service stops. I was promised three years of free oil changes. I got one. That was on my second car from here. Was supposed to wait 2 days for my car, waited over two weeks, without any one contacting me. When I called them the third time, they said I couldn't get the colour I wanted. So lame. I switched colours. When I came in because the mileage was poor, they had no time for me. My Rio was supposed to get awesome mileage, but it sucked. I got better mileage from my GM van. I am not exaggerating. Will not go to this dealership again. More
