Above and beyond I came to Bennett-Dunlop Ford as a last-ditch effort to see if I could find a better deal on a pre-owned 2011 Ford Escape with my mind all-but made up I came to Bennett-Dunlop Ford as a last-ditch effort to see if I could find a better deal on a pre-owned 2011 Ford Escape with my mind all-but made up about pulling the trigger at another dealership. I explained my situation to Brayden and he looked into what he could do for me. It turned out they had an Escape in better working condition and reduced the price by a couple thousand dollars, giving me a payment option that worked with my budget. In addition, he ensured that the Escape would be equipped with command start, which was a big deal for me. After explaining my situation to Brayden, he assured me that he would work to get me the best deal possible--and he delivered. I would recommend anyone to come to Bennett Dunlop and ask to speak with Brayden and have every confidence you'll be dealt with in a professional, courteous and straight-forward manner. He's very honest and has a great customer service approach. He didn't pull any Jedi Mind Tricks or pressure me into something I was uncomfortable with (which is something I can't say for some of the other dealerships I dealt with in this process). He was very knowledgeable about what was on-hand and what would be the best option for me. He went above and beyond for me, and I have no doubt he will for you too--even if you are more unsure than I was about what I wanted and where I would be buying from. More

AMAZING SERVIC IN QUCK LUBE noticed i had a oil looking substance on rear differential phoned bennet and was told by cindi in service to go to quick lane and they could look and noticed i had a oil looking substance on rear differential phoned bennet and was told by cindi in service to go to quick lane and they could look and see if i needed a pinion seal replacemet. went tbere as soon as i walked in quickly greeted and i explained what i had been told and if it was in fact leaking that i would book a service appointment with the service shop.well to my amazement sure enough pinion seal was leaking and the tech started in on it absoulutely amazing service i didnt by my ford from bennet as it was used but everything that i have ever needed from them warranty has been done perfectly.when i buy another ford truck it will be because of the first rate service so impressed really wet out of their way More

Matt, was very happy to see us when we kept coming back to ask about different things with regards to the 2014 Ford Escape we purchased. There should be more sales people like Matt who really cares. New Vehicle Purchase I came to Bennett Dunlop to have tire repaired , towed in by CAA. I was planning to upgrade in Sept /14 however I went to the showroom and saw a Fiest I came to Bennett Dunlop to have tire repaired , towed in by CAA. I was planning to upgrade in Sept /14 however I went to the showroom and saw a Fiesta in my price range, Tanner greeted me with enthusiasm. Tanner answered all my questions, was very sincere, showed me respect throughout. I have been coming to the dealership for 3 yrs and knew I would purchase my next vehicle here because of the customer care I have been given. Tanner explained the workings of the car, met me on pick up of my new "Fiesta" & also gave me his cell # to call anytime. This is very important to continue the relationship post purchase & I will share my experience with others. Overall I am very impressed with the genuine people at Bennett Dunlop. Ken Bart was thorough & so pleasant, sure knows his stuff ! Wonderful energy ! I can truly say Tanner sure made it easy to feel comfortable & created trust quickly, he is a bonus to the sales team. Ken Schulz booked in my truck and I was told that the parts had to come from the States. He explained everything that needed to be done. Then I was called to bring in my truck for the warranty work. This warranty work was explained to me in great detail. When the work was done Wade Anderson explained all the work that was done. They made me aware of so much and answered all my questions with the most professional, expertise. The Ford experience to me was the best service that I have ever received. I will never question on which dealership to take my truck in, because I am sold on Ford. I also want to mention the morning male and Sinie. They are so nice to talk to and so friendly. Also Vanja who picked me up in the afternoon, again she was so nice to talk to. I definitely would love to go on a road trip with them, It would be such a fun time. The staff at Ford are so nice to talk to, they explain things in full detail. I also love their coffee station with the televisions. It is so nice to sit back have a coffee and relax watching TV. Thank you so much for this great experience, looking so forward to coming back. More

Good service advisor. Had a vehicle that required a lot of service work which I had anticipated beforehand. I dealt with Kurtis Fehr who was straight up with every issue m Had a vehicle that required a lot of service work which I had anticipated beforehand. I dealt with Kurtis Fehr who was straight up with every issue my vehicle had and an explanation. Kurtis had a great handle on everything,...from customer service to explaining all details of work. He was prompt with every phone call he said he was going to make with me and kept me up to date on the repairs progress. I mean I dunno,...you spend lots of money you expect only one thing,...to have the time and patience of the dealership with questions or concerns and to feel respected. Kurtis was awesome. He did everything in his power to make me have a real enjoyable experience, if you can call it that when getting repairs, hah, I'm sure you know what I am getting at. However this system works pleasure ensure Kurtis is awarded some sort of praise for the way he conducts business and treats customers. I would easily recommend him to anyone looking for quality treatment. Not to leave on a negative note but I did have to come back for a redo on a nut that came off of a flywheel on my engine. Wasn't anticipating that but I understand things may happen at times like that. Again Kurtis was there to help out immediately and get me up and going if not that day it was the next. That was exceptional. I mean maybe things lined up that conveniently that day but it wouldn't matter because Kurtis still had to put the wheels in motion to get it done. I hope most of your employees in the same or other positions put forth as solid an effort in their day to day workings as I feel Kurtis does. Joey More
