Go somewhere else I took my vehicle in early on a Monday morning knowing I had a few issues including a potential transmission rebuild. I was told by Rob the service a I took my vehicle in early on a Monday morning knowing I had a few issues including a potential transmission rebuild. I was told by Rob the service adviser it would be looked at that afternoon. It never got in until later on Tuesday. I called to find out what was happening. I was given the news I was expecting, the tranny was shot and the U-joints were ceasing up along with some electrical work. I was told I would be called with prices and times. I had to call back to find out the pricing and parts list. By then the vehicle had been pulled out because of the wait. I told them to do a few minor repairs and the electrical and I was going to take the vehicle to a tranny shop due to the price difference on the rebuild and left the u-joints for the tranny shop because they would have to drop the drive shaft anyways. It was Wednesday morning when the service was actually performed. Was guaranteed it would be done by 2 p.m. Well it was 3:30 when I got it back. The electrical wasn't even touched because the electrical that I told was in stock actually wasn't. No phone call of course to tell me this. Called Adam Pettigrew to complain and he seemed pretty unsimpathetic. He did offer to install the electrical at no charge if I paid for the part after a lengthy discussion. Later Friday the tranny shop calls and says that there is actually no problem with the u-joints. After hearing that there is no way I would return to this shop. I feel I've been lied to and blown off. With the news of the u-joints I will never believe anything again that they tell me is wrong with my vehicles. I am more than willing to find somewhere else to do any required servicing no matter how much more expensive. More

Excellent customer service! I had to take my car into the Bennet Dunlop Collision center after someone rear-ended me and smashed my bumper. I also had to get work done on some ha I had to take my car into the Bennet Dunlop Collision center after someone rear-ended me and smashed my bumper. I also had to get work done on some hail damage on my car's roof at the same time. Needless to say the auto body shop had their work cut out for them! I dealt with Dan Arthur in the collision center and he provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to help me out when we ran into a couple issues, and he was extremely friendly, patient and accommodating. Thank-you Dan! More

From sales, to finance, to service all the way to collision center, I have dealt with them all. Even when a problem has arisen, it's been met without hesitation on each of their parts! I have been impressed with every single department at Bennet, but the one that stands out the most for me, is the Service Department. My job involves a lot of travel, so i'm in there quite frequently. I also have a small time window for getting maintenance/repairs done. Not once, have I ever been turned away or told no. I think they look at it as a challenge to meet my needs and they always deliver. They have even gone above and beyond what i've asked for. I am truly touched at how much the Ford Team feels like family to me. Five stars just seems like to little. Thanks for always being there for me! More
