Derrick did an excellent job in meeting my expectations in what was important to me. Working with Kim from finance the team did an amazing job ensuring I left the dealership that day in my new truck. Def made a customer very happy that day as I usually am with most after the sale service as well whether it be parts or quicklane. More

They treat you well until they get your 30K Sold us a car with a serious safety flaw and as service put it, "didnt think to mention it" Now I have a brand new shiny piece of metal, that I cant drive for fear of getting a ticket or worse causing and accident. Whatever you do, don't buy a car from Bennett Dunlop. Don't use their bodyshop ( When questioned about uncompleted work they threaten to hold your car hostage. ) and for the sake of your sanity don't allow their service department anywhere near your car. Derrick is without doubt a professional and has an excellent eye for reading between the lines of a situation to hear what you are say; not just what you're telling him. Unkept Promises Bought a 2010 Ford Edge last year at this dealership. At the timing of the purchase the brakes were already soft. The car salesman said he'd take care of it as it was a simple matter of scheduling an appointment to come in and get them done. This never happened. We were given a "service review" form to submit to this dealership, which was filled out and it was put on there about this brake service we were supposed to get but never got. There was never a response. We called and waited. Called and waited. Nothing. Then it happened. The brakes seized up and we were very fortunate we didn't have a fire break out as soon as we noticed just how bad off these brakes were. The car only had 30,000 KM on it so there is no reason for these brakes to be in the bad shape they're in. We spent $1300 to get 2 BRAKES replaced and we've still kept the old ones to show as evidence just how bad they were. Ryan was shown these pics and his response was he'd offer a $200 rebate if we replace the nearly worn out tires through his dealership. The rate for the tires through them is $200 more than if we get better tires than what they're offering for at another location. It's a joke. Also, there were warranties that came with the purchase of this car. Warranties that Bennett has not once attempted to fulfill despite our attempts to get them to work with us. While they excel at selling a vehicle they really suck at backing up those sales with quality service. More
