Customer service has changed over the last 20 years, its more about margins and profits than it I just wanted to mention Kurtis Fehr in this review... Customer service has changed over the last 20 years, its more about margins and profits than it is about personal service. Big companies and corporations have forgotten how they got where they are today. But I do have to say that Kurtis has not forgotten good old fashioned customer service-making sure the customer is looked after and will recommend that company to all their friends and family and anyone who will listen to the way you were treated....as a person not just a number or a paycheque. I had an issue with my Escape and it turned out the first repair required a second repair, but Kurtis made sure I only had to pay once. For future reference especially for people like me who like their vehicles and do not want to trade in just because it is 7 years old, we do not mind paying for parts but when they know that one fix can cause another problem why not include this in the initial price?? Amazing Customer Service I recently went thru two Saskatchewan safety inspections, as I recently moved to Regina from the USA. I was helped by Kurtis Fehr. I soon realized wh I recently went thru two Saskatchewan safety inspections, as I recently moved to Regina from the USA. I was helped by Kurtis Fehr. I soon realized what a dynamic individual he is. He is always smiling, and appears to really enjoy his work. He was very professional, and courteous. I actually left the dealership feeling like someone actually listened to me and cared about what my needs were. My vehicles were inspected, and all necessary repairs were listed. I feel I was treated very fairly. All necessary repairs, or adjustments were explained to me. I repaired many items on my own and had the dealership do the ones I was incapable of doing myself. I feel that Bennett Dunlop rivals any of the BIG dealerships I had dealt with in Minneapolis, and in many ways, surpasses them. What a Great bunch you have working there. After the sale was completed, there were a few issues with the sales company they used for that particular sale, but he was able to make sure we got everything that was promised to us during the deal. Go somewhere else I took my vehicle in early on a Monday morning knowing I had a few issues including a potential transmission rebuild. I was told by Rob the service a I took my vehicle in early on a Monday morning knowing I had a few issues including a potential transmission rebuild. I was told by Rob the service adviser it would be looked at that afternoon. It never got in until later on Tuesday. I called to find out what was happening. I was given the news I was expecting, the tranny was shot and the U-joints were ceasing up along with some electrical work. I was told I would be called with prices and times. I had to call back to find out the pricing and parts list. By then the vehicle had been pulled out because of the wait. I told them to do a few minor repairs and the electrical and I was going to take the vehicle to a tranny shop due to the price difference on the rebuild and left the u-joints for the tranny shop because they would have to drop the drive shaft anyways. It was Wednesday morning when the service was actually performed. Was guaranteed it would be done by 2 p.m. Well it was 3:30 when I got it back. The electrical wasn't even touched because the electrical that I told was in stock actually wasn't. No phone call of course to tell me this. Called Adam Pettigrew to complain and he seemed pretty unsimpathetic. He did offer to install the electrical at no charge if I paid for the part after a lengthy discussion. Later Friday the tranny shop calls and says that there is actually no problem with the u-joints. After hearing that there is no way I would return to this shop. I feel I've been lied to and blown off. With the news of the u-joints I will never believe anything again that they tell me is wrong with my vehicles. I am more than willing to find somewhere else to do any required servicing no matter how much more expensive. More

Excellent customer service! I had to take my car into the Bennet Dunlop Collision center after someone rear-ended me and smashed my bumper. I also had to get work done on some ha I had to take my car into the Bennet Dunlop Collision center after someone rear-ended me and smashed my bumper. I also had to get work done on some hail damage on my car's roof at the same time. Needless to say the auto body shop had their work cut out for them! I dealt with Dan Arthur in the collision center and he provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to help me out when we ran into a couple issues, and he was extremely friendly, patient and accommodating. Thank-you Dan! More
