I ordered a new F150 and during the 2 month weight while it was being built, they kept in touch and gave me timely updates as to what stage my truck was at. Again during these two months, I emailed both Derrick and the guys in accessories with more and more question. They didn't seem to mind at all and did everything they could to answer my questions as soon as possible. Derrick was on top of everything for my order and it couldn't of been handled any better. The guys from accessories (Mike, Justin, Art) answered all my questions about accesories and even sent me pictures of how stuff looked on there own trucks. Great customer service all around! More

He is a great salesperson who can very well understand the requirements and concerns of the me, the customer. Each question was patiently answered, no matter how "stupid" that could be. You can feel his sincereness during the conversations. He will make your confident enough to make a deal (Ford Escape) no matter how little knowledge your have in certain vehicles. I would give negative stars if I could! Worst experience ever, and trying to deal with them afterwords is even worse. The salesman lied to us more then once, and after two months of dealing with them we still haven't recieved any of the incentives we where suppose to get for buying the car. We drove in from saskatoon to purchase the car, after calling them several times to confirm the car is ready. When we arrived we couldn't even take the car for a test drive, they where still working on it. That should of been the deciding factor of after hearing from three different people the car was ready and arriving to find it wasn't, we should of just walked away. The sales people at Bennett Dunlop Ford will say anything for a potential sale. More

Derrick did an excellent job in meeting my expectations in what was important to me. Working with Kim from finance the team did an amazing job ensuring I left the dealership that day in my new truck. Def made a customer very happy that day as I usually am with most after the sale service as well whether it be parts or quicklane. More

They treat you well until they get your 30K Sold us a car with a serious safety flaw and as service put it, "didnt think to mention it" Now I have a brand new shiny piece of metal, that I cant drive for fear of getting a ticket or worse causing and accident. Whatever you do, don't buy a car from Bennett Dunlop. Don't use their bodyshop ( When questioned about uncompleted work they threaten to hold your car hostage. ) and for the sake of your sanity don't allow their service department anywhere near your car.
