Disappointed Worst experience I’ve ever had at Bennet. I had an appointment for 8am. I showed up and was in service garage by 7:50am. I waited in line until 8:20 Worst experience I’ve ever had at Bennet. I had an appointment for 8am. I showed up and was in service garage by 7:50am. I waited in line until 8:20 just to drop off keys for recall on truck. I asked them to also have a good package detail done to truck as well. I drive by lot at 12 noon and my truck was done in service and sitting in staging. I called at 2:45pm to check on truck. They informed me it was just finishing being washed. I arrived at 3:45 to dealership to pick up truck. To my surprise it was still parked in staging. Waste of my time. Next time my business may go to capital ford instead. My service adviser was Rob Miller. More
