Excellent Service from Quick Lane staff I have always received good service from Quick Lane staff with my 2010 F150(bought used). I bought an extended warranty on the drive train from TriCa I have always received good service from Quick Lane staff with my 2010 F150(bought used). I bought an extended warranty on the drive train from TriCare and received good service from Bennett Dunlop and Tricare. I had an oil change done on August 16, a couple of leaking seals were identified and approved for repair by TriCare. I arranged to have service completed on Friday. That evening the check engine light came on. I took truck in early next morning and it was quickly determined there was an issue with the timing. Tricare would not approve work on the timing issue and put previous approvals on "hold'. This was the first of many ridiculous and annoying delaying tactics by Tricare. When Bennett Dunlop was finally able to investigate, they determined a new motor was required. More delaying tactics From Tricare with approval to replace motor on about September 16. There was a week delay waiting for the motor to arrive. I received the truck back on September 30. My thanks for outstanding service go Martin for initial contact and dealing with Tricare. He and Ken ensured I had a truck so I could still take my trailer on family vacation. Thanks to Ken. Ken was my main contact after TriCare nonsense started. He kept me informed and arranged for truck rental from Enterprise covered under extended warranty. Thanks to Bright for coming in on his day off to complete the repair. Thanks to Bennett Dunlop management for escalating issues with Tricare and supporting a service culture in their workforce. As a bonus, Enterprise car rental was also excellent to deal with. More

He made sure I was getting a safe ride for my son and I who is almost 2, he did everything in his power to get us the best deal and that he did! I felt as if I've known him for years, he is an incredible human would defiantly recommend him for an easy and comferable experience! He doesn't mess around and tells the truth! The team at Ford were all amazing! Ken Bart was also amazing! He was really fast and gave me everything I wanted! Absolute scammers I am going to start by saying the staff are all perfectly pleasant, nice people. No one has ever been anything but friendly - HOWEVER since the day I am going to start by saying the staff are all perfectly pleasant, nice people. No one has ever been anything but friendly - HOWEVER since the day I bought my vehicle they have tried to rip me off at every turn. The "Brand new tires" that were on my vehicle at the time of purchase, were not only used, but each tire had a minimum of 8 patches in it, with branding from another dealership in the city. EVERY single time I bring it in for something as simple as an oil change, they try to tell me it needs several hundred dollars worth of parts and other services (living with a mechanic, every single time this is completely untrue) The front doors both stopped opening from the outside. I brought it in, and they wanted to charge me $260 to "diagnose" the issue, which I already knew was a broken clip that needed replacing. They then quoted me $350 for the part, plus another $300 in labour. Absolutely ridiculous. I purchased the clip elsewhere for $100 and it was fixed within an hour. Despite this, up until now I have continued to have my oil changes done there because they're half price. Absolutely not worth it. After coming in to get one tire repaired, they tried to tell me that I needed to purchase 4 brand new tires. The current tires have less than 15000 km on them. I took it to OKtire in the south end, and they were appalled that they would try to sell 4 NEW tires over one flat. They ordered one in for me, and by the next day it was fixed for less than $200 as opposed to the over $700 I would have had to pay, had I not known better. Bennett also put through an insurance claim, under MY name, without my permission, for work that I had asked NOT to be done. After many calls to both them and my insurance, this has still not been resolved. (it's been a YEAR) All in all, I would recommend anyone going in there get a second opinion before they let them go ahead with any "recommendations". I'm sure you will find that they are performing completely unnecessary work and over-charging the xxxx out of you. Will never be going back for service, and once this is paid off will not be purchasing another vehicle here. More
