I bought my first new vehicle from Bennett. What a top of the line experience! I started my vehicle search online and Bennett offered a great compare tool. I also got a pretty accurate pre-inspection trade in value. The online team helped me arrange to come on site and test drive and buy the vehicle I narrowed my online search to. The sales and finance department made me feel very comfortable and it truly felt like I was the most important person to them the days I was there... no distractions, not dealing with anyone else but me, not pressuring or rushing me. I got every accessory I wanted to customize my truck that day in stock to give it a unique look. More

LACK OF HONESTY! Cindy Fisher was very nice and apologetic! Our experience with Bennett Ford.......I enquired ..over the phone... What the TOTAL COST would be for Cindy Fisher was very nice and apologetic! Our experience with Bennett Ford.......I enquired ..over the phone... What the TOTAL COST would be for a diagnostic on our 2009 escape electronic power steering failure ? My wife and I were told the price would be 155.oo plus taxes! I figured which would be around 172. oo. When we went to pick the vehicle up we were told that the bill was 199.oo!! I stated the TOTAL COST , STATED TO US WAS 155, why now was it 199? The fellow said its in the small print,, extra fees... We inquired over the phone,? There was no print! I have run a construction business for over 40 years, and when a client requested a total cost, there was no small print! We had to pay 199. To me, everything they say is suspect, and Honesty is not this businesses hallmark! We will never return! The fellow that was explaining to my wife , about the extra charges was upset we even Questioned the amount. I have operated a construction business for 40 years, when a client asks for a total cost, there is NO small print. Very dissatisfied! More
