This visit was my regularly scheduled 5000 km oil change. The service advisor and I agreed to change the engine air filter, but not the cabin filter and not the HOT oil change. The tech did not know the ingr The service advisor and I agreed to change the engine air filter, but not the cabin filter and not the HOT oil change. The tech did not know the ingredients in the additive, whether solvent or detergent but either way I have concerns that it may cause seals to leak, and there would have to be a small amount that remains in the engine even after the oil drain. The following day I inspected and confirmed that the air filter was in fact changed and the oil level was correct. Also, I had asked for the cover pan to be wiped to prevent oil drips on my driveway that have occurred in the past - this was performed, no drips this time! Successful visit, thank you! More

Called the dealership and they deny having worked on any part that would affect the heat. Their way of trying to fix it is deflecting the blame then trying to advise I have to pay a $250 diagnosis fee with applicable service charges. Got a second opinion and the “mechanic” purposely left the wiring unplugged. Go figure. Like they say “it’s the Bennet Dunlop Way” More

Got our truck in right away to be looked at. It was ready by 1:30 pm. They dropped us off at the Cornwall and picked us back up. The lady told me how much it would cost. I was good with that.
