After researching code general comments online was 2 hour job. Was qouted 2-3 hours so I agreed to do work. 5 hours later and approx $600 I had to instigate some action to get my car back. I assume mechanic knew what he was doing, I guess I will find out soon. The service rep did call after 1-1/2 hrs but that was it. Initial service rep was nowhere to be found after 5 hrs so Michael was nice enough to finish my service. Overall this is not customer service. Will take my business in future to higher rated dealer. More

The service department has gone as far as lying in my opinion to avoid providing service under the warranty of the vehicle. More
Go to Orillia Hyundai Service guys are not professional. Complaints and concerns never got resolved. My cars air intake cover was off because of them made a funny sound and Service guys are not professional. Complaints and concerns never got resolved.
