Incredible experience all around !!! We had every intention of shopping around at a few dealerships in the area; we never made it past Bay King Chrysler in Hamilton. After walking in We had every intention of shopping around at a few dealerships in the area; we never made it past Bay King Chrysler in Hamilton. After walking in the dealership we were greeted by Nathan who was extremely personable and professional. He was incredibly honest, fair and treated us with much respect. After quickly finding the vehicle that we wanted, Nathan worked up some numbers for the vehicle and our trade in. We were very impressed with the deal that he worked up for us After finalizing the deal, Nathan did everything possible to get the vehicle ready ASAP. I am still amazed how fast and painless the whole process was. Kudos to Nathan and the team at Bay King Chrysler. Many of these other dealerships could learn a thing or two about customer service from you. You have have set the bar incredibly high. Many Thanks More

Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had from a dealer and salesperson. Mike didn't go over the paperwork very well... I suspect he just wanted to make a sale and hope I wouldn't notice the extra fee's they added - which I didn't till I found out after from another dealership who looked at the bill and told me about the law. Found out after the price was highly inflated, they lied about how long they've had the car on the lot. They used cheap parts when "fixing" it... just terrible experience. Tried to trade this car into another dealer to get something better and I couldn't because its no where near worth what they sold it to me for!! Suppose its all my fault because I should know everything about buying a car and not rely on honest salespeople. More

"DURANGO DISASTER" HAD MY VEHICLE FOR ABOUT 12 DAYS, ON AND OFF, FOR A 4 HOUR JOB. COULDN'T GET PARTS, THEN INSTALLED DEFECTIVE PARTS. HAD TO HAVE THE VEHICLE TOWED A SE HAD MY VEHICLE FOR ABOUT 12 DAYS, ON AND OFF, FOR A 4 HOUR JOB. COULDN'T GET PARTS, THEN INSTALLED DEFECTIVE PARTS. HAD TO HAVE THE VEHICLE TOWED A SECOND TIME BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP, $$$, BIG MESS IN MY GARAGE AND DRIVEWAY, FROM THE FAULTY RACK AND PINION THEY INSTALLED. A FEW EXTRA TRIPS TO HAMILTON, WAS TOLD THE WRONG PARTS WERE SENT THE SECOND TIME, FINALLY A FEW DAYS LATER, JOB DONE. MET WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER AND VOICED MY DISPLEASURE, INQUIRED AS TO WHAT THE ORIGINAL DEFECT WAS WITH THE RACK AND PINION AND WHAT WENT WRONG WITH THE FIRST DEFECTIVE ONE THAT WAS INSTALLED? WAS ASSURED BY THE SERVICE MANAGER THAT HE WOULD LOOK INTO THOSE QUERIES AND THE TIME IT TOOK TO COMPLETE THE JOB. EXPECTED SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AS WELL AS ADDITIONAL COST TO ME. NOTHING! SENT TWO E-MAILS TO MANAGER, NOTHING! ALEKA, AT THE FRONT DESK WAS AS HELPFUL AS SHE COULD BE WHEN DEALING WITH HER BUT CONVERSATION WITH PATRICK WAS OBVIOUSLY A WASTE OF MY TIME. WON'T BE BACK. More
