Upsetting time and time again When I bought my vehicle at Bay King, i didn't realize that Scott was the only helpful person that listened. Except for my most recent oil change, my fluids were not topped up afterwards-so this time I inquired and it was completed. From the time I walk in to be serviced, I have not had a smooth, helpful, sincere experience. The customer service experience has been only consistently upsetting and disappointing. Whenever I inquire about issues with my vehicle I cannot be given a professional, knowledgeable answer. I have had alignment and brake issues since I drove my vehicle off the lot and I stated this a few times. This was looked into once and I was told that all was okay. Again within the past month, my vehicle did not stop when I braked. The first time it happened, I rear ended someone. Scott has been helpful in listening as well as the service manager, but the problems still exist. The last time I was in for a service, my invoice stated that there were recommendations for my vehicle but that I had declined the work being completed on my vehicle. This was not true and I inquired why it said that, In fact, I didn't have anyone talk to me about my vehicle after I had been called to pick it up. When I inquired about the invoice details, no one knew why it said that and stated that it was just a statement that the service desks puts in there when it prompts them for a response. I had stated that it didn't seem right as I've had numerous issues already so if something needed attention, I wanted to know. I was told the person who inputted my invoice was on break and they could only tell me and I was directed to call back. I then received an email asking me to complete feedback on my last visit and attached was my invoice, still stating that I had declined the services needed on my vehicle. I feel that the only person that has helped me in situations such as these has been Scott and unfortunately I cannot continue to only seek him out when I have a situation. More

First New Truck! I just bought my first new truck from Bay King and they are hands down amazing! I was nervous and they made me feeling right at home. Mario helped my dad a year ago buy a Dodge Ram then helped me! He was awesome put up with me... who was bouncing off the walls. Scott the manager is such a nice guy as well. They make you feel comfortable, and not pressured at all! I just love my truck I got a great deal too! So many vechicles to pick from! I would recommend them to all my friends and family! Over 40 years a Mopar Owner I have owned nothing but Mopars/Chrysler products since the mid to late 70's buying my first at Johnson Motors a 1973 Plymouth Sebring Plus. So I have I have owned nothing but Mopars/Chrysler products since the mid to late 70's buying my first at Johnson Motors a 1973 Plymouth Sebring Plus. So I have had a great deal of experience with all the dealerships in Hamilton. Earlier this year while driving past Bay King Chrysler in my 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 4x4 I seen a gorgeous 2015 Jeep Wrangler. After a short test drive my wife and I decided to purchase it. The entire process of negotiating, financing and pick up was completely stress free and efficient. Now we ran into a problem a month after I took delivery of the Jeep one I was concerned about them standing behind. I went in to see my salesman and he was so supportive and reassuring they would take care of it , that I immediately knew I was going to be taken care of. I was then introduced to the service manager Gary Stone, not only did they fix the issues they went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND what they needed to do make me happy. They have 100% earned all my future business. More
