Knowledgeable, friendly, caring, great experience! We walked into the Bay View dealership and were immediately taken care of by Dan who was very kind caring and attentive to our needs. He listened to what were asking for and presented all pertinent information we required. He worked well to meet our needs and make sure we were 100% happy with what we were purchasing. Dan made sure things were presented to managers and financing in a timely fashion as we were on a tight time limit. I jokinlgy said I wanted to make a colour change when the deal was done and he kept a great sense of humor to my kidding. This was overall a great experience as we were on a very tight time limit of needing a new vehicle. Joclyn in financial was also very kind and presented all options in a professional manner. Looked after me very well Hi I booked online which was very convenient and timely and efficient for me I arrived on time and was serviced immediately I discussed with the advis Hi I booked online which was very convenient and timely and efficient for me I arrived on time and was serviced immediately I discussed with the advisor what we had originally agreed to do and decided on one additional service fuel it was just a piece of Mind oil change before that the service light on was only addressed later which surprised me a little however we found an additional small problem which was remedied quickly a question of warranty came up and when we straightened out the Dual ownership of the vehicle my name hadn't registered as warranty since my wife bought the vehicle in another location however that was quickly remedied and the additional service was in fact covered under warranty which was a relief so overall I had a good experience it took a little longer however I was pleased overall with the experience and have as you say peace of mind from my visit thank you More
