Purchase of Used Vehicle We dealt with Mike Afrasiabi at Bay King. We were looking for a car for our daughter and went to quite a few different dealerships before deciding to We dealt with Mike Afrasiabi at Bay King. We were looking for a car for our daughter and went to quite a few different dealerships before deciding to buy with Mike. At some of the other dealerships, when I told them my budget, they showed me cars that were "just over" my budget. Mike showed me vehicles that were in my price range and only directed me to the type of vehicle we were looking for. The certification still needed to be done and even though we had already agreed to buy the car, when the certification showed the brakes at only 42%, Bay King totally replaced them. Mike had noticed a small crack in the windshield (something we missed) and he made sure the windshield was also replaced. We were very pleased with our experience at Bay King. Mike was very helpful, knowledgeable and when we said we were going to do some more looking around, he did not try any of those pressure tactics to get us to buy right away. More

Non Existent Customer Service On June 27th I found a Ram 1500 that I was interested in and messaged the dealership via the online portal...minutes later Mike Afrasiabi responded as On June 27th I found a Ram 1500 that I was interested in and messaged the dealership via the online portal...minutes later Mike Afrasiabi responded asking that we get in touch. I immediately responded indicting that I work in Mississauga and cannot get to Hamilton in the week and as it was an upcoming long weekend I asked if it would be possible for the dealership to bring the vehicle to my office and at the same time appraise my trade. 24 hours later and still no response I decided to send Mike Afrasiabi an email directly to his email address and not through the portal......24 hours later and still no response. So on Friday, June 29th I called the dealership and left hi a voicemail on his cell number....no response so I called the main dealership line and asked if Mike Afrasiabi was on duty - he was, and they put me through to his line. It seems either Mike Afrasiabi or the dealership as a whole are only interested in customers who do all the work, walk in and want to sign papers...they don't want to do anything related to customer service. I will find another vehicle from another dealership. Avoid Mike Afrasiabi. Poor customer service....actually non existent customer service. More
