Gone Downhill Bought three Titans here service was pretty good till new service manager took over. When tires wore out on last titan this service manager and the parts department could not find any tire that fit, bf Goodrich stopped making them. Tried to sell me load range E when the truck calls for p metric size They said cant help .Went to Orillia Nissan the found tires for me .There is also other issues charging for changing brake fluid when they are only testing it for 140 dollars and so on. Going to Orillia Nissan for my next Titan . More

Horrible horrible experience A horrible experience right from the start. Dawn was absolutely horrible. Steve (sales) just wanted the sale for the commission. I never received a follow-up call to see how was the car...nothing. In this dealership nobody works in sync as a team. The right hand never knows what the left is doing. I will not ever return to this dealership for anything...maintenance and everything else is done at Orillia Nissan. Much more pleasant people and service. Stay away from this dealership. Everything about it is horrible. More

Be wary of Doug Ross and crew I've never had a problem with Nissan until I unfortunately delt with Barrie Nissan which has been nothing but a problem since the time I walked in the I've never had a problem with Nissan until I unfortunately delt with Barrie Nissan which has been nothing but a problem since the time I walked in the door. Their refusal to deal with you after you have given them your business is legendary. In all my car buying experience this is by far the worst and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. More

They are a despicable dealership and an embarrassment to the Nissan brand, I too don't know how or why Nissan Canada allows them to operate this way. Everyone there seems to have a complete and utter disregard for the customer so don't even waste your time escalating anything as no ones seems to care. A very untrustworthy bunch who are only in it for themselves, something you would except at a used car dealership off the side of the road, not a Nissan franchise. More
