Don't buy a Micra or do business with Barrie Nissan Dealership refuses to acknowledge and address issues with the vehicle and now won't even return my calls. Service Manager claims it's in their best interest to fix the car issue as its covered by warranty but then tells me he sees nothing wrong with it. Plausible deniability with this dealership and I have filed a complaint against them with Nissan Canada, I would strongly advise not buying a car from Barrie Nissan. More

They are doing the Nissan name a disservice & shouldn't be allowed to be a dealer. Stay away from Barrie Nissan at all costs. More
Wish I never bought a Nissan after dealing with these guys. The Service Manager shouldn't be in the industry. Thi Be very careful when dealing with the new service manager at Barrie Nissan. He is dishonest and will overcharge for labour (among other things). This is the first issue I've had with the service department, in the past the staff has always been honest and very helpful. Due to this recent experience we are cutting all ties with Barrie Nissan. First visit missed a whole day of work issue was not resolved, was guaranteed on the second visit Spiral cable needs to be replaced solution to problem. In the end was told would have been no charge, but apparently the whole control board for the steering control needs to be replaced cost of $1500. Even though I've had enough and gave up on the Bluetooth they still charged me a labour cost when I was told that they wouldn't. Never again will I purchase a Nissan vehicle or recommend anyone. More

Problem after Problem After Problem. where do i start?... Made a 2 car deal rogue and frontier.. Negotiated for a car starter all season floor mats and 2 yars free oil changes. 1st car starter for the rogue wasnt manufactured yet but they still "sold" me one. so i had to wait for it to be made... they were supposed to call me with updates but never got anything bought the vehicle in march finally received starter in October ( I had to keep calling and bugging). brought my car in to have it installed it sat there all day and no one touched it. the guy never showed up to install it and no one advised me untill i called just before closing. had i not called my car would have been stuck there all weekend MY husband bought the frontier standard they told us it was being built a few weeks after purchace 3 months later they said they havn't started building it yet and it could be another 6-8 weeks... so we settled for the showroom automatic truck instead. because we needed a truck and could not wait all summer for it to MAYBE be ready. 2 days after purchasing the truck we went in to bring the deposite and the truck was still unlocked and no sold sign on it and there was a family with 3 kids it in jumping around. not impressed. Every single time we bring the vehicles in for service there are issues (telling us we need to pay for the floor mats that were in the bill of sale, pay for the "free" oil changes could not find our file, appointment at 8 am just looking at the vehicle finally at 340 pm and you may need to bring it back if we cant finish the job intime for closing!) i can go on... The SAles man we dealt with Rob did not know the vehicles very well could not tell me any safety features the rogue had other than head rest protects you from whiplash and has some air bags...fiancing was very rude. cant remember his name. IT seems the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing in this place. I will drive the extra miles to go to a different dealership. very frustrating going in and every single time there being a problem... More

It's worth talking to Meghan and to get all the information, but before you buy, take a 20 minute drive to Experience Nissan in Orillia and talk to Ken MacKnight or any one in sales for a comparative price. Experience Nissan will negotiate and will probably save you money. More
