Wow. Very unimpressed. Quoting a brand new fully loaded sportage hybrid sx which i led to beleive was on the lot for sale as they had it in stock onlin Very unimpressed. Went in and spoke to mike yesterday was given teade values for the 2 vehicles i was bringing in. Trades came back and was happy but still deciding which model so we asked for a night to think about it and booked an appointment less than 24 hours later. We go back in ready to sign nothing changed but after deliberating on the wait times Mike speaks to sales manager and tells me that the trade values are dropping 3k as the offer was only good yesterday which we were NEVER told. Shady as you can be , I would go absolutely anywhere else for a car. Also watched Stephanie put high pressure on an elderly client to sign for a vehicle that they don't even have on the lot using very aggressive tactics. More

Terrible Sales Team - I went in to pre-order a 2023 Sportage hybrid. I was a guarantee sale! I knew everything about the vehicle that I wanted and just had questions about pricing and hev vs phev. The girl I spoke with had no idea about the vehicle, not even the different trim lines that it came in. I asked if they sold the vehicle for the MSRP and she had to talk with her boss. My son had his vehicle break down and took it to the dealer he bought it fron (Barrie Kia). They advised that they were very busy and "might" be able to look at it in a week. OK, they're busy and have dealer he bought it fron (Barrie Kia). They advised that they were very busy and "might" be able to look at it in a week. OK, they're busy and have the same challenges that everyone does right now, I understand that. But stranding your customers and rendering them unable to get to work indefinitely by not offering a vehicle when the delay is wholly caused by you is unacceptable. After it sat in their lot for a week, we had it towed to another dealership. They were also busy, but managed to have a look at it. It was a very minor repair, and was looked at, repaired, and back on the road in less than 2 hours. I am sure that if we had left it at Barrie Kia it would still be sitting on their lot. We will never bring this vehicle to Barrie Kia for any type of maintenance or for anything else ever again. We will also never buy a vehicle from them, or from any of their affiliated companies (look into it, the ownership owns multiple dealerships in the region and clearly doesn't care). More
