Bought my car via text message! Popped into the Barrie dealership on my way south on a little vacation and was very happy I did. At first when I walked through the doors I was a litt Popped into the Barrie dealership on my way south on a little vacation and was very happy I did. At first when I walked through the doors I was a little taken back by being ponced on by some guy under a tent. Turns out he was a Chrysler rep of some sort. He launched into why it was a great day to visit the dealership. (Never did find out why). Thankfully a sales person came to my rescue and Rob got straight to the point. Told him what we were looking for, he quickly jogged out to parking lot and drove one straight to the front door. From then on, it was easy and efficient. We actually thought we might wait for the 2017's to arrive but after a call back from Rob we started to rethink things. We wanted a bit of time to think about it and so we continued on our little vacation and the rest was done via text message. Including the great photo's Rob sent with a sold sign on our new vehicle. The dealership met the price we were looking for and I truly felt that they wanted my business. My local dealership not so much, as I had contacted them twice looking for information on customer loyalty deals and I didn't get so much as a return call. Great purchasing experience I am always hesitant at going to a car dealership to look at new cars. There is the experience and stigma of pressure sales, hounding salesman, etc.. I am always hesitant at going to a car dealership to look at new cars. There is the experience and stigma of pressure sales, hounding salesman, etc.. My experience with this dealership and in particular Gary was the complete opposite. I went in for the first time over a year ago and met Gary Boucher. At that time we spoke about what I was looking at purchasing., Gary explained the choices available, let me have a test drive and gave me his contact information. It was a nice visit. I felt no pressure to purchase a vehicle that day. Over the next year I emailed Gary and told him I was still interested in purchasing at some time in the future. He always promptly replied. Last week I went to the dealership and purchased a new RAM 1500 SLT from Gary. Once again, the process was wonderful and stress free. Gary made me and my family feel very comfortable with his professionalism. After the purchase, we were introduced to James Ellis to complete our purchase. James was also extremely polite, knowledgeable and organized in the way he finalized our purchase. I will recommend this dealership to others. I am hopeful that the journey forward in dealing with service and any warranty issues is just as smooth. More

Meeting Mario Solis when we first entered the showroom started a very rewarding experience. We knew Mario was there to sell cars but he did so much more. He took his time answering every question we had and explained the car in very much detail. There was absolutely no pressure to go ahead with a deal, as has been our previous experiences. Knowledgeable, friendly and personable are only a few words to describe this gentleman. Our dealing with the finance department was just as pleasant. Mario went through the details of the car again when we picked it up and also has phoned to offer any assistance if we had run into any problems. We would highly recommend this dealership and especially Mario to anyone looking to buy a Chrysler product. We have had the car less than a week and are very much satisfied. More

Very rude I called to ask a question, got cut off mid sentence repeatedly to be transferred, only to be sent the voicemails. I did this multiple times before finally reaching a person, who proceeded to be short, rude, condescending and cut me off COMPLETELY, promise to get me through to someone which resulted in a line that didn't even have a voicemail, just rang until I had to hang up and call yet again... This is HORRIBLE customer service because I had a question about a purchase I had made, not a purchase I was looking to make. Clearly once you sign on that dotted line you can forget even being treated with a reasonable level of tolerance nevermind actual respect or politeness. More
