Tired now I have Dodge Journey. i bought it used when it had just 9900 Km on it. At 19000 Km Suspension started getting noisy. They replaced some rubber parts I have Dodge Journey. i bought it used when it had just 9900 Km on it. At 19000 Km Suspension started getting noisy. They replaced some rubber parts under warranty. Right at leaving this dealership after this work done, i noticed sound was still there. I was surprise even they took test drive. They order more parts to fix the issue. Took my car for the whole day and installed new parts, the same issue again within a week.. Its still under warranty so i wish to get it fixed but i am hopeless now. Again i will have to book an appointment Got Recall for ABS issue. they fixed but problem is still here. Got another recall for power steering . After waiting for long time for parts to be arrived, they could not fixed and told me that new parts were damaged. i need to book another appointment. I do not understand how to get rid of this problems? More

My gas tank door al After having an amazing experience as a female buying a Chrysler 200 off Gary Boucher I noticed a scratch in door and lower panel. My gas tank door also did not fully close. I did not notice this when I picked up car. I honestly thought I would be told it was my problem as I drive the car off the lot. I was told no problem. Katrine was kind polite and looked after me immediately upon arrival. The car was fixed at no charge. I was given a rental with a full tank of gas at no charge. When I got back in my car they had detailed inside and washed outside of my car. Wow !!! So not expected.. I went back in to thank Jim the body shop manager for an amazing job. Thank you once again for going above and beyond and treating your customers like you care. This is the first time I never felt like I was being taken advantage of by a dealership.
