Very rude I called to ask a question, got cut off mid sentence repeatedly to be transferred, only to be sent the voicemails. I did this multiple times before fi I called to ask a question, got cut off mid sentence repeatedly to be transferred, only to be sent the voicemails. I did this multiple times before finally reaching a person, who proceeded to be short, rude, condescending and cut me off COMPLETELY, promise to get me through to someone which resulted in a line that didn't even have a voicemail, just rang until I had to hang up and call yet again... This is HORRIBLE customer service because I had a question about a purchase I had made, not a purchase I was looking to make. Clearly once you sign on that dotted line you can forget even being treated with a reasonable level of tolerance nevermind actual respect or politeness. More

He was funny, informative, I never felt pressured, he took the time to get me in the right vehicle for me and my family.
