Don't seem interested in assisting for emergency repars I've been to this dealership for servicing on a few occasions. When I could plan for scheduled maintenance all was well. Both times I needed an emerge I've been to this dealership for servicing on a few occasions. When I could plan for scheduled maintenance all was well. Both times I needed an emergency repair they offered to take my truck but would make no commitment that they would even look at it that same day so I needed to go elsewhere. Doesn't seem to be a very solutions based staff. I've now found two competing service centres that understand how to prioritize customer needs so I am happy to give them my business now. He took the time to help me test drive Jeeps, deal with my trade ins and calculate a price for the Jeep I wa Gary Boucher was wonderful to deal with. He took the time to help me test drive Jeeps, deal with my trade ins and calculate a price for the Jeep I was looking at. He thoroughly explained everything. I emailed him almost everyday and he always pleasantly provided me with an update as to when my Jeep would arrive. When I brought it back to the dealership for the undercoating, it was a little confusing. I was sent to 3 different places before I found the right location. They seemed confused at first as to whether or not I had an appointment. I had to come back the next day to pick up my Jeep as they were too busy to do the undercoating the same day. All in all, a pleasant experience. More

Surprised at how efficient my experience was!!! I wasn't looking forward to today at all, had to organize my 3 kids and bring my van in bc my air conditioning wasn't working. Had no idea how long i I wasn't looking forward to today at all, had to organize my 3 kids and bring my van in bc my air conditioning wasn't working. Had no idea how long it was going to take so got a sitter for my little guy. Well first off, I should have brought him bc there was a play area made for kids that he would have loved. Second, as soon as I pulled up I noticed the efficiency and organization of the service area. They wrote what the problem was, the gentleman took my keys and told me he'd let me know about the wait time as soon as possible. Well within a half hour he was back with my keys and the job done!!!! Just what a mom driving a minivan wants to hear!!!! Thank you soooo much for a great start to my day and your fast and friendly service! More
