Michelle was the only sales person to respond to my inquires promptly. She was friendly and informed about the her Trucks. I felt she was sincere in her concern that I was happy and that my needs were taking care of. My wife purchased a Chevy at another dealership a week later and the service and satisfaction was not even close. Chevy didn't even fill the tank with gas and the Truck was not ready on time. She took the time to explain all the features of the truck and hooked up our phones. I have purchased new vehicles from GM, VW and now Ram, and I was only happy with Ram. Michelle even text me two weeks after my purchase to make sure I was still happy. I am. Thank you Michelle, your service sold the Power Wagon. Ram give her a raise! More

After reviewing a few options with Scot Scott was professional, courteous and patient. I originally went to the dealership looking for a used vehicle. After reviewing a few options with Scott he explained how the cost of ownership of a new vehicle would be comparable to the used trucks I was considering. After we crunched the numbers of 3 different options it was apparent he was absolutely right. I purchased a new Ram truck on Saturday, completed the paperwork and drove away in the vehicle on Wednesday!! The whole experience simple, efficient & enjoyable with no hiccups whatsoever. Christine was a pleasure to deal with too, all the paperwork was presented in a professional and a easy to understand format. More

Good but This was a long distance purchase so things were done over the phone and by email or text. Moe was my salesperson and while things seemed to go along great I encountered issues upon pickup. Should have been an indicator when I asked a few times for my actual vin and purchase summary and didn't receive them, only prices and details given over the phone. So upon pickup, there was a price discrepancy which I must say was handled great by Scott the sales manager of the used car division (as by the time I arrived in town, the other managers had left for the day). So while it wasn't a nice experience to go thru, it ended well. However as others have mentioned, there was no walk thru of the vehicle - still haven't been able to set up my cell phone, and there is a scratch in the paint which the dealer obviously knew about as they touched it up, but I wasn't told about which I think should have been properly repaired. More

After returning days later, Scott still remembered my name, the vehicle, and my requirements the minute I walked through the door, and worked with my requests ultimately leading to my purchase. More
