Loss of 1 star is to do with dealing with a dealership and once they get your money you no longer are a #1 priority. I still paid a lot of money for my van and only asked for it to be cleaned and with all parts that are supposed to come with the van to be there. Still waiting on one (was promised 2 months ago). Cleaning was not done properly, even though the 2 specific things we asked to be done were not. More

Great service not sure about product now? Bought a new Dodge Ram in 2014 had always wanted dodge truck. When issues arrive always had great. Service as well as recent visit for break job at 51287km, total cost of $1354.87 which is absolutely ridiculous that a still new truck would require breakjob with only half the pads being used,the rotors were rusted right out causing break pedal to vibrate. Any way service from Terry Macdonald was AWSOME. Very friendly professional and you could tell she felt bad giving me the estimate for the break job, which again makes me wonder what is wrong with the product. I am not a rich man and can not afford to spend that kind of money every 51000kms. Insane!!! And no one able to tell me why? Now today my air conditioning just cut out and then back on did it several times with a strong smell of ammonia, I called to book an appointment and have one for the 21st of august today being july 31, I think that in itself is crazy, why buy a vehicle from a dealership and only have them service the vehicle no one else when we have to go through lengthy wait times to have it repaired??makes me wonder about loyalty to a dealership and as of lately the product. Like I said I saved a long time to be able to buy the vehicle and I treat all my vehicles with great pride and care in maintaining them. But several recalls and some issues with splitting seam in bed liner and expensive break job now this air conditions issue has me wondering why? why don't I look at a GMC? ..anyway rambling on here SERVICE has always been great no issues there with the staff good people.
