Service is Above & Beyond Due to sudden loss of engine coolant, our 2014 Chrysler Town & Country had to be towed in to Barrie Chrysler (covered by Chrysler Roadside) first thin Due to sudden loss of engine coolant, our 2014 Chrysler Town & Country had to be towed in to Barrie Chrysler (covered by Chrysler Roadside) first thing on a Saturday morning. Although shop was fully booked that day, service advisor Debbie still found time to have it checked out. Unfortunately it needed a new rad, and our T&C was just outside the Chrysler 36mo/60,000K warranty period. The service manager without hesitation considered it a customer goodwill situation and arranged to have it replaced at no cost. While checking out the car, our technician also discovered a problem with the AC compressor, which was also authorized by the service manager to be repaired at no cost to me.
