I made an appointment on friday to have the car fixed and sent my teenaged daughter to your shop. Your mechanic reset the dash so that the car was no longer in alarm And you sent her away. The car stalled twice over the weekend and we were unable to drive it. I made an appointment again for monday morning. Again I sent my teenaged daughter to get the car fixed. You quoted the repair at $1400 but said you didnt have the parts to fix it And again sent her away in an unsafe vehicle. A friend suggested another repair place and she drove the car there. The amount was $730 and the car was fixed in an hour. To add insult to injury....the mechanic ordered the parts to fix the car...FROM YOU. After you said you didnt have the parts to fix it. Where is your integrity. I will never again bring any vehicle to you. I cannot believe that you would treat someone this way. And every single time I get an opportunity to tell this story...I absolutly will. Your customers need to know that this is how you treat people. More
