Got ripped off First why make an appointment. Mine was for 9:15 am and I finally got my truck back around 4:00 pm for a oil change and some other 2 year checks. Th First why make an appointment. Wasted Time Not impressed with the service we received today. We had a schedule appointment for 10:15am to have our scheduled maintenance done (Oil Change) and ha Not impressed with the service we received today. We had a schedule appointment for 10:15am to have our scheduled maintenance done (Oil Change) and have our summer tires put on. Received a phone call from them stating that they were unable to put our tires due to closing time and asked if we wanted to leave it for Monday to be done. Not being capable to have work done through the week due to work, we need to schedule appointments for the weekends. I was advised that we could not be booked for the following weekend as they didn't know if they would be open. So I said we will have to try and figure something out. They brought my vehicle out and I asked was the maintenance done and she said no because the advisor was working on another vehicle. Well I lost my mind....they didn't have the decency to call us earlier and let us know this, as we sat in the parking lot during a blizzard with no where to go and wasted 3 hours of our time (2 hours waiting and 1 hour traveling). I tell you that we will not be back for any type of service and I will go support my local garage from now on. Also from this display of ignorance I was looking at purchasing another vehicle (Truck) from there, but let me tell you I will take my business else where. More
