The first person to greet me at the dealer was also the person who sold me a car. Terri Frost and I spoke briefly about the caravan I wanted on a Thursday afternoon. I called in a deposit by phone on Friday, signed paperwork on Saturday morning and picked up my new rig on Tuesday night. The whole process was smooth and seamless. Quite pleased with everything all said and done. My only minor complaint was the final details before pick up. The van I purchased was a base model. I requested all 7windows be tinted. Once I was able to go over the van in daylight I noticed liquid stains on each of the door panels from the water/solution used during tinting. I was surprised that they wouldn't have cleaned it again before delivery. Nonetheless it wasn't a terrible mess and certainly not worth a trip back. I just happen to be quite anal with regards to the little details. I'd recommend Terri for your next vehicle purchase. Also like to point out I dealt with Patricia in finance. They were both friendly and efficient. More
