Sunny approached and asked me a few initial questions about what I was looking for. He then explained in detail the different Mazda 3 GT options and packages. He encouraged me to take a test drive with a car that had the options I was looking for. He was never pushy. The whole sales experience was great but what I really appreciated what the time Sunny took to explain the interior workings of the car, the dashboard and technological options and how the navigational screen operates. He was incredibly patient as I am technologically challenged. He even hooked up my I-phone for me. Overall it was a great experience and Sunny truly is a Sales Guru. More

The worst experience ever!! Thank god for the sales person Moe H. If it was not for him and his customer service I would of rated this place lower. Finance manager laid back but emails you approval then a week later emails to say declined!!! I was currently dealing with Bank street Mazda ottawa for the last couple of weeks and have a few concerns on how things took place. First of all my sales person Moe H. Was excellent for someone that started in Jan./2015. Secondly, sales manager Sean Curly not pleasant to deal with very pushy and made me feel like I was a nuisance. I decided to go back after dealing with Sean and talking with Moe again. We struck a deal on Mazda 3 and I was ok wit value of my 2009 bmw 323i and payments we settled on. Went and dealt with Mike Webb finance, very non chalant conversation seemed very good, completed application so forth. Wait a day or two to hear back and Mike said everything was approved when can I come get car. Yesterday I get an email saying I was declined. In future I hope this does not happen and my referrals I just referred to Moe I have contacted and told them not to deal with these people. This is not a way to excel in customer service and really I know in future I will not be shopping Delawri. My parents were going to drive up this week as they are in the market but I told not to bother. I also wish that you can email this to the owner of Dilawri Bank street Mazda so they are well aware of this!!! Thanks More

Friendly salesman I went to go look at a used Dodge Caravan they had on their lot. Sunny was not pushy and very friendly. He also gave me a really good deal on my trade in and got me a great price on the van. He got the van delivered very quickly too. (Bought it Saturday, ready for delivery on Tuesday). He had good communication too, text him and he replied back within a few hours, I was quite impressed. Overall I would recommend buying a vehicle from these guys. More

Sunny was great, knowledgable & friendly but he let the car sell itself - he wasn't pushy like I've experienced at other dealerships. Whilst purchasing the car, both Jayson & Sunny did what they could to get us a good deal without doing 25 trips between each other's desks (also experienced at other dealerships). When I went to collect the car, I was given a full tour of all the features I needed to know about to start driving. I'm very happy with my purchase & would buy from Bank St Mazda again. More

The salesperson Zein showed me everything about the vehicle, took me on a test drive, and had me slam the brakes at 100km an hour which I thought was so much fun and showed me the confidence when driving this vehicle. Moe the finance manager was not available to finalize the paper work, so Zein went over all the financial papers and signed it with him. Thanks you from the start to the end Zein. Will recommend Zein to all my family and friends looking at purchasing a vehicle in the near future. More

Knowledgeable--he showed me everything on my new car when I went to pick it up, giving me all the info needed to pull out of the lot. Patient -- answering even the silliest of questions during the long time we sat in his office debating whether we would purchase; and, respectful -- to me and my wife.
