Dishonest and Defensive I recently went through with a purchase of a new Mazda 3 Gx with a couple accessories added on. I was really excited and our sales associate tosh was I recently went through with a purchase of a new Mazda 3 Gx with a couple accessories added on. I was really excited and our sales associate tosh was really friendly. I signed the papers and proceeded to the finance office with Moe, he was quick to rush us out of the office and did not answer my questions about Grad Rebates. I left feeling great like I had scored a great deal. When I got home and started reviewing my bill of sale more closely I realized I was taken full advantage of. My bill of sale revealed that they had increased the price of my vehicle by roughly 775$, overcharged me on the freight - Mazda charges a standard fee of $1095 for all vehicles. Then they added a 781$ "discount" all to say I saved a grand total of $6 on my 'super sweet deal' of a car. When the sales manager was confronted he was rude, told me I had no idea what I was talking about and quick to dismiss me. I showed him the car I had just purchased built on the Mazda website where my calculated monthly payment was 1$ less online that what I would be paying! So much for a massive saving and Private sale deal that couldn't be beat. Furthermore, they never processed my financing. As Sean Curley said: "If you want big discounts go to Hyundai or Ford" he then pointed to the door and my deal was canceled. All this to say buyer beware. There are laws in place and what they did was completely unprofessional and nearly criminal. Not being a feminist - I feel I was taken advantage of in the worst of ways for being a young female shopper who perhaps doesn't know the ins and outs of car buying. I am not the only person who had similar experiences. If buying here I would suggest building your car online at Mazda.ca and bringing the price breakdown in your back pocket. Watch that the MSRP doesn't change and that the freight is correct. Do your math and don't be influenced by flashing lights and shiny "free" accessories - nothing is ever free More

From salesmen, to finance manager, to sales manager - they were all demeaning. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Paid my deposit but then walked since the service went from bad to worse. Things agreed to were constantly changing. I had cash for the car minus money for sales tax. Was told by the financial man that I would have to finance the whole car since that is how they make their money! You couldn't get more unprofessional if you tried. This is the type of dealership that gives car salesmen a bad name. Bought a car the next day at a reputable dealer. It took twenty minutes! More
