So glad I didn't buy my car from here. I came to this dealership and was looking at purchasing a car. We were there for a good while and test drove a vehicle, ended up leaving with a decent offer on the table but we wanted to sleep on it before signing anything as it's quite a big decision. We ended up buying from another dealership in the end. I just got a phone call from the sales rep we were working with and I told him that we bought from a different dealership. He seemed annoyed, which is understandable, but got mad at me saying "I told you we would beat any offer you get!"... and "you totally wasted my time. I spent a lot of time with you and you wasted my time."... I told him that this conversation has solidified the fact that I will never do business with them and he said "good. enjoy." and hung up on me. I just find the whole thing to be incredibly sad and unprofessional. Really not impressed, that is not an appropriate way to speak to a customer. -- After posting this review I was contacted by the Sales Manager to try and make amends, however I feel like the damage is done and there is little to fix. I hope that this was a one-off situation where I caught Zein on a bad day. I hope this review is taken as constructive criticism for this dealership to value and treat all prospective customers with respect regardless if they sign papers after your interactions. More

I have been loyal to th I will start off by saying that I am a big fan of Mazda vehicles and this is my second time purchasing from Bank Street Mazda. I have been loyal to the Mazda brand for my past 3 vehicles. My most recent experience has been a disappointment. First, the dealership called me to advertise a "big" sales event was happening and that low prices and big bonus trade-in values were to be offered. Intrigued, I visited the dealership (not close to where I live) and after looking at a few options, did the test drive Zein. This part of the process went relatively okay, but the experience did not feel personalized in any way. Due to my brand loyalty, I decided to ignore this mediocre part of my buying experience. When it came to negotiating on a price, the process felt unnecessarily long and forced. All the promotional pricing discussed over the phone and on the radio were nowhere to be found and it felt as though I actually needed to bargain hard just to get advertised deals. In many parts of the negotiation (whether on the price of the new vehicle or the offer on my trade-in) I felt my intelligence was being challenged and felt insulted as though I had never purchased a car before or not done my research (which I had). Finally, when a deal was reached and the vehicle was delivered, a few financing and post-sales issues needed to be resolved. Three weeks later and after numerous calls, these problems are still not resolved and when I do call, I feel like an afterthought to the sales and management staff. My problems never appears to be a priority and Zein or the staff never seem to go above and beyond to take care of my important concerns and ensure I am happy about my purchase. I cannot see myself returning to this dealership and for the first time since buying my first Mazda, feel I am being let down by the brand.. More

Excellent Experience! Our old car decided to give up rather quickly leaving us only a few days to make a decision on our next vehicle. I went in to do some research and Sunny was great. He was knowledgeable, friendly and not the traditional 'pushy' car sales person. On my second visit with my wife, he threw me the keys when we walked in and said "let me know how you both like it!". We knew the car was great, but Sunny treated us so well it was a pleasant experience purchasing the car from him! Add to that the 'team' of Jayson and Sean who were helpful and involved so the whole experience lasted only a few hours and we had our new Mazda! Thank You Sunny and Bank St Mazda!! Paul D More

He answered all our questions and showed us all the options. He was straight forward with pricing. He gave us good service. We had a conflict with the dealerships and Mazda's advertizing. He remained calm and explained everything to us. We buy about one vehicle per year and go through 3-4 dealerships every year. Needless to say that we have had our share of wheeling and dealing. Moe remained professional at all time. We had a great experience with Moe and this dealership. More
