Moe was great: he explained everything about the car while we were test driving it, and presented us with some rates that were much better than what we were expecting. He went out of his way to give us the best features and accessories for the price, and did not pressure us into adding anything crazy expensive. All in all, great experience with this dealership! My first car purchase and I'm glad that Moe was able to make the process as painless as possible. Reccomend to all! More

Yes I would like to buy a car Zein was the most unenthusiastic salesman I have ever met. I went in with the intention of buying a car and he truly did not seem interested in sellin Zein was the most unenthusiastic salesman I have ever met. I went in with the intention of buying a car and he truly did not seem interested in selling one to me. I became interested in this dealership from a sign that said new Mazda 3 $39 weekly - turns out this is for a 5 speed manual with no air conditioning - of course. Zein didn't offer to take me for a test drive, but instead he asked when my husband would be available to come in for one. Yah! Ok. When I asked for pricing he was vague and insisted it was easier to give accurate pricing once I had agreed to purchase. That makes buying so much easier! I asked for a brochure on the Mazda 3 and he told me that they ran out of brochures months ago. He showed me a 2015 on the floor and had barely anything to say- he did not strike me as particularly knowledgeable. I left with a flimsy photocopy he made on the spot of the differences between models- there was nothing for me to take home, no brochures, no pricing, nothing. Completely awkward and unprofessional. They lost a sale from me. More
So glad I didn't buy my car from here. I came to this dealership and was looking at purchasing a car. We were there for a good while and test drove a vehicle, ended up leaving with a decent offer on the table but we wanted to sleep on it before signing anything as it's quite a big decision. We ended up buying from another dealership in the end. I just got a phone call from the sales rep we were working with and I told him that we bought from a different dealership. He seemed annoyed, which is understandable, but got mad at me saying "I told you we would beat any offer you get!"... and "you totally wasted my time. I spent a lot of time with you and you wasted my time."... I told him that this conversation has solidified the fact that I will never do business with them and he said "good. enjoy." and hung up on me. I just find the whole thing to be incredibly sad and unprofessional. Really not impressed, that is not an appropriate way to speak to a customer. -- After posting this review I was contacted by the Sales Manager to try and make amends, however I feel like the damage is done and there is little to fix. I hope that this was a one-off situation where I caught Zein on a bad day. I hope this review is taken as constructive criticism for this dealership to value and treat all prospective customers with respect regardless if they sign papers after your interactions. More
Felt like an afterthought. I will start off by saying that I am a big fan of Mazda vehicles and this is my second time purchasing from Bank Street Mazda. I have been loyal to th I will start off by saying that I am a big fan of Mazda vehicles and this is my second time purchasing from Bank Street Mazda. I have been loyal to the Mazda brand for my past 3 vehicles. My most recent experience has been a disappointment. First, the dealership called me to advertise a "big" sales event was happening and that low prices and big bonus trade-in values were to be offered. Intrigued, I visited the dealership (not close to where I live) and after looking at a few options, did the test drive Zein. This part of the process went relatively okay, but the experience did not feel personalized in any way. Due to my brand loyalty, I decided to ignore this mediocre part of my buying experience. When it came to negotiating on a price, the process felt unnecessarily long and forced. All the promotional pricing discussed over the phone and on the radio were nowhere to be found and it felt as though I actually needed to bargain hard just to get advertised deals. In many parts of the negotiation (whether on the price of the new vehicle or the offer on my trade-in) I felt my intelligence was being challenged and felt insulted as though I had never purchased a car before or not done my research (which I had). Finally, when a deal was reached and the vehicle was delivered, a few financing and post-sales issues needed to be resolved. Three weeks later and after numerous calls, these problems are still not resolved and when I do call, I feel like an afterthought to the sales and management staff. My problems never appears to be a priority and Zein or the staff never seem to go above and beyond to take care of my important concerns and ensure I am happy about my purchase. I cannot see myself returning to this dealership and for the first time since buying my first Mazda, feel I am being let down by the brand.. More
