Phenomenal experience!! Would give 10 stars if I could I had left the house with the expectation of checking out some cars and exploring my options but as soon as I got to Bank Street Mazda I knew I would I had left the house with the expectation of checking out some cars and exploring my options but as soon as I got to Bank Street Mazda I knew I would be leaving with a vehicle purchased that day(which I did!!) Found a mazda on the Bank Street Mitsubisi online inventory and Bank Street Mazda accommodated and found that exact 2011 Mazda 3 Sport when we got there!! Ali got it all ready for me to test drive on a cold day and was an amazing help that day. He went above and beyond in terms of how he went about making the deal with us and even negotiated our trade in offer with me. Never felt pressured. Great sales person. I've had no problems with my car and even when I brought it in for my first oil change, they gave me new wiper blades and air filters free of charge since I bought the car in February. Absolutely love this place and the complimentary refreshment and zoom zoom café is a great touch when waiting for service to be done!! More
