Liars liars They scare you by "forcing" you to change some parts that you need to pay or it will void the warranty! Everytime I was going there for oil change, they would add some repairs and many time, they did not advise me so I had to pay extra ! Marcel , at Service was always very nice, that's the only positive point. The sales team was bad (especially the guy with the hat!). Oh I forgot, one of their shuttle guys talks too much and is trying to get some tips out of you! All they want is more $$$! I sold my mazda and never again I will deal with those people again! The dealership staff of my new car has ethics and is very professional, what a difference! More

There was not a single question that my wife or I had that Moe did not have an answer for. Moe was very patient and understanding as we waivered between a CX-3 and CX-5. When it came to the contract part, we were able to get what we asked for and then some. Anyone out there looking to purchase from Bank Street Mazda, do yourself a favour and ask for Moe Hezam, he is an attentive and professional salesman that will make you glad you dealt there. I have bought no fewer than 10 vehicles from the Dilawri group and this purchase was by far my most enjoyable and seamless. Upon delivery, I left the lot knowing all the features of the vehicle and how to work them all. I sure left feeling smarter than when I got there. Talk about paying attention to the smallest detail, we had our grandson with us upon delivery and we had forgotten his booster seat. When I went to put my grandson in the vehicle, Moe actually asked if we had a seat for him and if he would be ok. Moe cared a lot about all of us, not just our money. More

Great experience start to finish! Nothing but good things to say about these guys. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle, and from my initial phone call with Tosh to walking Nothing but good things to say about these guys. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle, and from my initial phone call with Tosh to walking in to meet him the next day they made a great impression. Tosh did everything he could to help me and provided a great sales experience, with sales manager Jayson checking in to make sure I would be a happy client as well. I had already decided I would not be purchasing that day and told them so, but I left with a great quote and great impression. I later went to two other Ottawa Mazda dealerships to see how my experience would compare, but neither came close to Bank St Mazda. In fact when they found out I had been to Bank St as well, rather than focus on offering me their best deal, both wasted time trying to bad mouth Bank St, suggesting that the quote would not be honoured, or if it was it would take months to get the colour vehicle I wanted if I saw it at all. All of which proved completely false. When I returned to Bank St I did worry they might try to alter the quote as it had been a week since my initial visit, but Tosh stuck to his word without any hesitation. I was then transferred to finance manager Sean Curley. Sean was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I had already done my research and knew what I wanted and did not want, except for one issue which I was debating. Sean answered all of my questions on the topic patiently to help me make a decision, and did not waste any of my time trying to change my mind about the other topics. Finally everything was signed, and I was told the vehicle would be ready for me within approximately one week (as the colour I wanted was not in stock at that time). A week later I picked up the vehicle with no issue, more friendly service from Tosh, and I left feeling good about the entire experience. I love my Mazda 3, have had it for over a month now, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Ps. One final note, as a young woman purchasing on my own and not bringing anyone with me, I had been warned that dealerships may see me as an easy target to make money off of. From start to finish though at Bank St they made me feel entirely comfortable and I am confident I was treated fairly. More
