Very enjoyable experience Needing to replace my current vehicle I went to this Mazda location under the advise of a close relative. After explaining to Patrick my requirements Needing to replace my current vehicle I went to this Mazda location under the advise of a close relative. After explaining to Patrick my requirements that any vehicle I look at needs to be able to seat my ill mother and her wheelchair, we began looking at cars. With an enjoyable test drive i explained I would not be able to commit to a purchase until i had time to think on it. At which point I schedule an appointment for the following day. After being an hour late a very patient Patrick helped my mother and I fit her wheelchair into the trunk of various cars for about two hours. Finally making a decision we sat down with Sean who helped guide us through the process of purchasing a vehicle. At no point did I feel pressured into making a purchase. Patrick and the Bank Street Mazda team were very accommodating for my situation and made my very first car buying experience memorable and enjoyable I defiantly recommend Patrick, Sean and the Bank Street Mazda location. More

Happy, happy I happened to drop in on a night when they were holding a special event. About a half dozen friendly guys came to greet me at the door!
