Victor was friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. He didn't put any pressure on and and let me take my time to decide what I wanted. I knew I wanted to buy used but I was also pretty specific about exactly what I wanted. Victor sent me an email with updated used vehicles and after waiting a couple of weeks the exact vehicle with all the specifications I wanted came up. I ended up buying a 2012 Mazda3 GS Hatchback and couldn't be more excited! Thanks Victor! More
20 years old and driving a 2015 Mazda I went in there looking to finance a 2016 model. Being 20 with no credit it was impossible to get approved, but with a phone call the financial manage I went in there looking to finance a 2016 model. Being 20 with no credit it was impossible to get approved, but with a phone call the financial manager managed to get me approved for a 2015 model instead. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to lease or finance a vehicle. 5 stars in my book! More

They worked very hard at making me happy and being transparent of what they can offer me. The experience took a turn for me at the end when I had to deal with their finance guy, Moe Sakka. This guy should not have a customer facing role whatsoever. One of his job's is to sell this rust warranty with rust module and 5 year oil changes. It seems this is his only source of income the way he treated me. I simply decided this was not for me because I am not sure how long I will be living in Ottawa and the oil changes are only valid for their specific location. Rather than being understanding, he tries convincing me how great Ottawa is and why I should stay in Ottawa. At the time, because i'm sometimes too nice of the person, I actually felt guilty for not wanting to buy this and I apologized repeatedly. I got my car, I was really happy. No complaints at all until unfortunately I had to deal with this Moe guy again. In order to receive mazda loyalty, I need to have someone in my household who purchased a mazda vehicle. I sent the documentation over and assumed everything was good. 3 weeks after I sent the documentation (actually during the xmas holidays). He then notices that the address on one of the documentation is not up-to-date. Rather than being helpful, he accuses me of lying about the loyalty and that if "mazda knew this they would have never offered me the loyalty in the first place". I told him: no problem, I am not lying, I can easily update this documentation. I sent him the updated documentation and sends it back saying it isn't legible. At this point, I am convinced this guy is just out to make my life difficult and stress me out. Possibly because I didn't purchase his warranty. If you know how to use the zoom option in any picture viewer application, then I would say there was not a single word in the documentation that was not as clear as if you were looking at the original document. It is ridiculous claiming it isn't legible. Overall, I am happy with my car and the price/payments we agreed upon. It's unfortunate that one employee somewhat ruined my initially exciting experience of buying a brand new vehicle. I am unsure if I will go back to this dealership for service at this point. This review will have a low rating and therefore I will not tag the sales people I dealt with as they should do not deserve this rating. My motivation for this review is to speak up so that this dealership can improve their customer experience as otherwise this would have been a wonderful experience. More

My 1 star review is based on the fact that I am very disappointed in the false information I was provided prior to purchasing a new vehicle. I owned a 2013 Mazda 3 and received an email about upgrading - and how this would not cost me more per month. Prior to going in, I called the dealership and advised them that I do not want to waste my time for a gimmick type of deal. I specifically asked if the winter tires for my 2013 Mazda 3 would fit on a 2015 model as they were only used one winter. I was advised that the tires would fit. I had no desire to purchase a new vehicle if I was required to buy new winter tires. I went in and test drove a new model Mazda 3. Although the monthly cost was more, it was not significant enough to not trade in my 2013. Again, I asked the sales person, Ben, if my winter tires would fit on the 2015 model. He went and asked and was told that they would. Perfect. 2 weeks later I get a call stating that my 2015 model was ready for pick up. I made an appointment to have the winter tires of my 2013 model to be put on the 2015 model along with switching over the license plates. I arrive and after 2 hours, I was told that the winter tires of my 2013 Mazda will NOT work on the new model. This being said, I was out of pocket $600 for new tires. I am extremely angry and disappointed in this as this has completely screwed up my budget and finances. As mentioned, I would NOT have upgraded my vehicle had I known in advance new tires would be required. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED !!! More

Very nice guy. With him we got a very fantastic deal on a 3 year old Mazda 5, that satisfied all our needs. This deal was significantly better than the other, still reasonable offer we got from the other big Mazda dealer in town. This car has been running great since we got it. More

Zein was very friendly and professional, checking out the used car inventory for my needs. Jason joined in and mentioned that he had just taken a trade that was not in inventory yet. It was a perfect match for my needs. Moe, the Finance Manager had also been checking the inventory for me, and once the deal was done got me a great deal on an extended warranty and oil changes for life. I got a super deal, and this was definitely the best car buying experience ever, I will only use this dealership to buy a car in the future. More
