He was more than happy to provide me with information about the car, take me out for a test drive, and assist me in finalizing the sale. He acknowledged that I had a budget in mind and I was pleased that he and the dealership was able to meet that budget. There were minor issues with car but Bank Street Mazda agreed to fix the minor damages at no additional cost to me. My first time experience with Victor and Bank Street Mazda was a pleasant one. I didn't feel pressured or like I was being taken advantage of. Tosh and Zein are amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, and so accommodating. When I told Zein that it was going to take me 3 buses to get there, he sent a driver to pick me up and bring me home. I don't know if that's standard practice but in my opinion, this kind of treatment of a potential customer goes way beyond the scope of good service. Tosh spent the time explaining all the amazing features and how they work in my new car and was patient and answered all my questions without making me feel silly for asking them. He also set up my phone, the service schedule and many other things, turning a new car into my car. I'm so pleased an have no regrets with my new car or the service I received. I will be recommending this location to so many people and be a repeat customer myself when it's time to buy my son a car. More

Old School Negotiating Went in to get some initial info - should have just researched on internet. Asked general info about price and rates. Had to wait for salesman to go to up the "food chain" to get pricing and one finance rate. If I had to wait to see what a 48, 60, or 72 month rate each time, I would have wasted 3 hours! Get with the times! In addition overheard another unhappy customer telling a sales persons or business manager to "never waste my time again" and that was a customer that bought a vehicle from that dealership. More
