I have bought many cars new and used over the years. The experience is usually like having to go to the dentist with bleeding gums. You know you need to go but are resigned to go and not expecting the best. I can only say good things about how I was treated and the respect and especially being kept up to date on the process from the test drive to the financial ending.. Initial great help from Patrick regarding information on the financial end then to Ralph at the end as the finance managers. I can not say enough good things about Daniel the sales consultant we dealt with from the test drive ,through the extra long amount time he spent trying to find the right model for me at a very good price. Also the extra time he spent going over our new car when we picked it up. This is were many dealership lose it because the deal was done. The extra time was greatly appreciated. Through out it all he was informative and absolutely NO high pressure. He kept us updated on how things are going. GREAT WORK DAN. I highly recommend Bank St. Kia and the many good people who work there. More
