What a bunch of clowns. Filled in their online form requesting "best price" and clicked "contact me by email only." I have received 6 texts, 7 phone calls, and one email. I ended up begrudgingly interacting with the Sales Manager by text instead. Provided him my detailed specs, and advised that I am actively test-driving vehicles. He simply sent me a link to their (not up-to-date) online inventory telling me to find what I wanted on my own. Clearly not a dealership that intends to sell cars to motivated buyers. More

For some reason my full review isn't posting on the dealership Google page and I've lost patience with everything to do with this situation so long story short: I was sold a car where the cleaning w dealership Google page and I've lost patience with everything to do with this situation so long story short: I was sold a car where the cleaning was not done as per the contract. During the journey home, I started hearing knocking under the car, a few days later the engine light appeared. My trusted shop looked at it. They wouldn't have passed the safety on it. I gave the dealership a second chance to fix the safety and other issues to fulfill the contact clause 'everything mechanically will be addressed'. The safety was finally complete but they failed the second chance to fix outstanding issues. I gave a third chance. I was ignored. I wanted to cancel the warranty so that I could get the car fixed and after going through all of this I wanted nothing to do with this dealership. Ended up finding out that I wasn't given the full contract with the cancelation clause, violating my consumer rights. They refuse to void it. The warranty company has their own review that is actually posted. Other things things to mention: they don't like it when you say no to the warranty. I felt pressured to say yes and only said so to move on. After nearly two months of this rubbish, I wish I had never stepped foot into this establishment. Take the reviews with a grain of salt. They will likely pressure you into leaving a good review, at least that is what happened to me. The fourth and final chance has been given to corporate to make this right. More

Had a newer car in warranty that would not start. Service department wanted to charge me to diagnose the problem for an in warranty car that wouldn't start!
